Time to catch up!

For the two of you who read our blog...we decided to update it. Between our busy lives and our lack of interest, we have recently been neglecting our blog. Our interest in updating our blog has waned significantly over the last few months, as you can obviously see. But, we may still make an entry from time to time.

We had a great Christmas break. We spent Christmas up in Orem with Grandpa and Grandma Roberts and the rest of the Dixon clan. Here is a picture of Amelia with her "piggy" pajamas that grandma Roberts gave her on Christmas Eve:

Anya is now 8 months old. She is a very happy, very smiley, very active little girl.

Our kids are still cuter than yours! :) Just kidding. Actually, we're not...but we have to seem humble.

Milly and Anya with uncle Kody the night before he left for the MTC:

The other night, we were watching TV, enjoying a rare quiet moment. Wait a minute..did I say quiet moment? We have 2 kids under the age of three. Quiet moments do not happen. It was WAY TOO quiet, so we knew Amelia was up to something. She went into our room, into our bathroom, got into the cabinet drawers, found mommy's makeup, took out the mascara, took off the lid, and proceeded to apply the makeup to her face, arms, legs, the floor, the wall, the door, etc. (Holy run-on sentence) We laughed so hard. It was absolutely impossible for us to get mad at her or punish her. We were laughing too hard. We got it off her face and legs. It came off the tile floor fairly easily. The walls and door were cleaned off....it did stay in the carpet, but our carpet is speckled black anyway...so ya can't even tell. Here are a couple of pictures:

Not bad, huh? At least she knew it went on her eyes....
....and, her legs??

How Cute~!!! Your kids are not quite as cute as mine, but they are for sure a close second!! However, if you decide to give your kids up, I would fight for them!!!!

Ilene I think you should teach your daughter how to put make up on!! I know Cal likes to wear it but I think he struggles when it come to teaching how to put it on!

And sorry Shelly, but IF they ever give their kids up, they've already promised them to us. Right guys??????

I've been waiting for both of our boys to try that trick! Luckily the, "its only for girls" line works good. You always know something is going on when its too relaxing and quiet.
